Expertise in G42, Azure/AWS, Google Cloud
Establish relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and business objectives
Introduce new products and features to clients and provide education on best practices
Work with the product management and product development organization to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product(s)
Execute programs to ensure that G42 is fully aware of the customer’s adoption level, value realization, and overall satisfaction with the technology solution(s)
Collaborate with Sales Team and Executives to identify areas of solution expansion and adoption opportunities
Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
1st escalation point of contact for customers;
Open trouble tickets and escalates to 3rdlevel support vendors for cloud services and applications
Develop and provide monthly SLA and KPI reports to all enterprise customers;
Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
Proactively manage account escalations for support or response to alerts and events
Contribute to the continuous improvement of services, solutions and operations
Onboard new customers in coordination with sales, delivery and consulting teams
POC test support -Help customers apply for resources, configure cloud products, and provide related technical support
