Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain a database of potential clients.

Property Sales

Showcase and promote the company’s real estate listings to prospective buyers over the phone.

Provide accurate property information and answer client inquiries.

Guide clients through the sales process and assist in closing deals.

Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with leads and clients regularly to gauge their interest and requirements.

Market Research

Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

Provide market insights and advice to clients.

Sales Targets

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Report sales progress and achievements to the Sales Manager.

Documentation And Administration

Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Customer Service

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Address client concerns and provide solutions when necessary.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telesales or real estate sales is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a bonus).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is preferred.

Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer skills.

UAE driving license is advantageous.
