Assist clients in selecting the most suitable travel options, taking into consideration budget, destination, and client preferences.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in ticketing regulations to provide clients with the most up-to-date information.
Handle ticketing-related customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with travel agents, airlines, and other stakeholders to secure the best deals and discounts for clients.
Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions, including payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Provide guidance to clients on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documents for travel.
Assist clients in rebooking or rescheduling their travel plans in case of changes or emergencies.
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the ticketing process.
Continuously improve ticketing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant certifications in ticketing systems and travel industry practices, such as IATA certification, are highly desirable.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a ticketing consultant role or a similar position within the travel industry.
Experience working with various ticketing systems and software, with proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Strong knowledge of ticketing regulations, airline fare rules, and travel industry best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket issuance and record-keeping.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and additional languages being a plus.
Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
