Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists in collaboration with the creative team.

Plan and coordinate video shoots, including managing equipment, locations, and talent.

Personally manage video shoots, ensuring adherence to creative vision and brand guidelines.

Edit and post-produce videos, including adding graphics, sound effects, music, and visual effects.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver compelling video content that meets the objectives.

Manage the video production budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video production, and apply them to enhance the quality and creativity of our videos.

Conduct video quality control checks to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

Maintain a well-organized video library for easy access and retrieval of footage.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for specialized video production requirements.

Requirements:

Arabic speaker

Experience in working with different cameras and video editing is a must.

Proven experience as a Video Producer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creative projects.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Solid understanding of the video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

Knowledge of cinematography techniques, lighting, sound recording, and video equipment.

Excellent storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively through video.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, aesthetics, and video quality.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with AI-based tools and video production automation platforms.

Experience with motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.

Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques.

Experience in creating videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and online advertising.
