What You Will Be Doing
Achieve the budgeted sales and service targets within the acceptable risk standards.
Regularly review customer portfolio to identify potential sales/business opportunities/cross sell existing products.
Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships in order to identify and address customer needs, ensuring that the overall service provided is in line with the customer expectations.
Carry out tasks ensuring all the activities are completed within the timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all the appropriate procedures.
