You Will Be Responsible For
Coordinate with branches to ensure: documentation is collected from candidates, medicals are arranged, visas are applied for and flights are arranged;
Maintain a tracker for every candidate in process;
Prepare documents or reports as required by management;
Utilize company’s ERP system;
Deal with clients in a polite and professional manner;
Write emails with updates to clients;
Answer client queries in a diplomatic manner.
Ideal Profile
Fluency in written and spoken English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region;
Attention to detail;
Good Microsoft Office skills;
Good people skills; The ideal candidate would have some experience in a Human Resources department or a Recruitment Company which recruits candidates from overseas.
