VP Investment & Business Development Job In Dubai

Key Accountabilities

Business Development Leadership: Drive business development efforts for assigned projects, focusing on opportunity identification, partner engagement, and proposal creation to ensure growth while adhering to project requirements.

Opportunity Analysis and Evaluation: Oversee thorough opportunity analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling to guide decision-making and provide investment advisory.

Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Relations: Manage market intelligence and stakeholder relationships to enhance brand value.

Bid Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners to compile bid documentation and support bid development.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, aligning with overall organizational goals.

Leadership: Provide visible leadership, ensuring effective translation of business plans into performance objectives.

Budget and Performance Management: Lead annual operational planning and budgeting, monitor expenditure, and drive performance through KPIs.

Organizational Development: Review and recommend organizational structures, develop employee knowledge and competencies, and foster an innovation-driven culture.

Policies and Compliance: Lead policy development, ensure compliance with regulations, and address legal issues.

HSE and Sustainability: Promote HSE culture, ensure compliance, and provide training.

Risk Management: Contribute to an integrated risk management framework and manage identified risks.

Management Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely progress reports for effective business management.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.

12 years of experience in Business Planning, New Opportunity Evaluation, Business Development, Investments, and Partnerships, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

A Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
