Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day store operations, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the store is fully operational and well-maintained. Managing the store’s budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met

Ensure all operating standards are followed from stock replenishment to organising displays as per the brand’s VM guideline.

Responsible to supervise general procurement stores and ensure monthly and annual inventory audits and cycle counts. Overseeing the receipt of new goods, checking for damages or discrepancies, and organizing it in the store. Maintained strong relationships with suppliers and achieved cost reductions. Regularly audits own store administration and resolve any issues; assists in carrying out annual stock counts and spot checks.

Managing the store’s budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.

Ensures that the team is adequately trained in inventory management techniques such as in-bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies.

Skills and qualifications

• University degree in any discipline

• Knowledge in Procurement and QAQC preferred

. 3 plus years of related industry experience, minimum 2 year experience in Security related products with strong product and market knowledge. Must have strong know-how on local suppliers for related products.

Role requires good / communications / interpersonal and estimation skills.
