About Job
As a Guest relation Executive,Tapasake you will greet and seat guests according to restaurant’s service standards. Consistently offer professional, warm and engaging service to ensure an excellent customer experience. Provide guests with full concept and answering any initial questions. Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas . Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers. Engage with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service. Respond to complaints and help to resolve them. Answer phone calls, take reservations and answer any inquiries. Build relationships with repeat guests to develop and drive guest loyalty and maximize revenues.
About You
A perfect candidate shoud have a minimum 2-year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. International experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Committed to and passionate about the Food and Beverage industry. Willing to work flexible hours.
